Blue Katan Silk Handloom Banarasi Saree

This beautiful Katan Silk Saree is patterned with a chic striped weave and an intricate Kadhua zari border. Showcasing striking stripes all over handwoven in pure Zari, the saree offers a contemporary take on the timeless Banarasi. The classic Midnight Blue shade is perfectly complemented with gilded zari pallu with geometric motifs.

• Technique -Kadhwa weaving technique. The elaborate and laborious Kadhwa (Kadhua) technique involves hand-weaving each motif separately. It takes longer on the handloom, but it makes a more robust pattern that stands out on the fabric.

• Measurments- Saree - L 5.4 m x W 1.1 m, Blouse- 90 cm x W 1.1 m
• Note - The saree comes with its own blouse piece. The model is wearing a separate blouse for styling purpose.
